NeoTrace is a high-speed graphical traceroute with integrated whois and ping. If you're having trouble reaching a particular site on the Internet you should run a trace to the site before calling your ISP.

Use Neotrace to analyze your network connection and find failure points, determine if it's your ISP, the target site or part of the internet backbone that is at fault. Simply drag a link from your browser and drop it on NeoTrace; all the nodes between your computer and the destination site are displayed in a straightforward, graphical format. If you place your cursor over any node icon, the IP address and round-trip data appear, along with the name and address of the domain's owner. Neotrace is very fast, simple to use and returns a wealth of information.
