Description

MiniCapture is a screen recording and video converting software. It enables you to record desktop activity and save the clip as an AVI file, which can also be converted to MPEG (VCD SVCD DVD), WMV, MOV, RMVB, SWF, iPod, PSP, audio compatible formats.

The program can limit recording to a selected window or a rectangle area on the screen. The program also captures DirectX output properly, which can often result in black screens during regular screen captures. You can choose to record audio.

MiniCapture is easy to use, you can pause or resume recording via keyboard hotkeys, and also adjust the frame rate to achieve higher or lower quality videos. It can be a useful tool for creation of demonstrations, teaching videos, capturing video from screen and many other purposes.
