Description

BookPrintXP prints booklets or books and saves ink and paper by printing up to 16 pages on both sides of a sheet. A series of booklets are combined to build a book.

BookPrintXP operates as a printer driver that may be used by any application. Several print jobs may be accumulated for printing of booklets, e.g. you may print a booklet that contains several topics of a help file. This is done by executing the print function of the help system for each topic.

In general, BookPrintXP is suitable to print program manuals (readme.txt), help files, cook books, address books, program source listings, electronic publications, and also posters. The program processes print jobs and image files as well.

New features include:

• The BookPrint driver has been expanded by the paper sizes A3 and A2 and the resolution 1200 bpi.
• You need not erase print jobs manually after printing.
• The BookPrint printer for Windows 2000/XP can be deleted automatically.
• You can convert and save all pages or selected page ranges at once into image files.
• With the Poster Margins you may specify overlap edges - using this option you may avoid white gaps when joining paper sheets together.
• The Context menu for Page Edit has been extended by the Zoom In and No Preview functions.
• The metric measurement unit is extended by the inch unit.
• Convert Joblist to Pagelist.
