Release RAM allows your PC to run faster and uses your computer's RAM more efficiently. R-RAM has three main features which help free up memory for your applications.

You can free up a specific amount of RAM at anytime allowing your system to have memory available, making program execution faster as free memory is ready and waiting.

With the automatic feature, the program monitors the amount of available RAM. Once this RAM drops below a certain level specified by the user, it then performs an automatic freeup of RAM to a specified amount thus preventing your system's performance from being degraded. With this option you can have R-RAM running in the background.

At Windows Startup, Windows has a few programs and files that it may open. After going through this process, there may be quite a bit of RAM used up and wasted. The Startup feature allows you to free up and release some un-used memory after a specified amount of time.

The program also features a CPU Speed in MHz display, Percentage Bars displaying available RAM and swapfile usage, a counter of the number of times an automatic freeup has taken place, and a display of how long the computer has been running.
