Careful Backup is the easiest way to backup your most important data to another folder or any type of removable media including floppy disk, ZIP, JAZ, MO, CDR/CDRW media and more, keeping your documents, images and music safe.

The program monitors the source files and keeps the backup updated with new or changed files. It runs in the background with no user interaction. Once it is set up, you always have a backup of your data somewhere else.
