Total Recorder can record any sound that your sound card plays without losing quality.

TR installs a virtual sound drive that captures sound generated by other computer programs and saves them back as WAV files. You can record from any source, such as audio files or music from your favorite game. It also records from CD, microphone, or other input lines. It even includes a built-in scheduler for future recordings and playbacks.

This latest Version features accelerated WAV file conversion and the ability to save just part of a WAV file.
