RadioCart is a program used by many radio stations around the world, which allows for the playing of WAV files as jingles, promos, music, interviews and more.

You have 7 carts, just like real DigiCarts, and you can load files visually into each one and play them in a chain, with individuals looping, overlapping at particular points, individual volume controls, and autocue text for each jingle. You can save/load cart layouts and you have ultimate control over what is being played.
