Elecard Mpeg2 Player allows you to play your MPEG2 files on a regular PC without expensive hardware. The program allows software-only Mpeg2 and Mpeg1 playback.

MPEG2 Player is DirectShow and ActiveMovie compatible. Features include fast forward/backward playback, next/previous frame, grab frame, full-resolution full-quality decoding/playback, and real-time D1 resolution streams playback.
