Focused on both professionals and beginners, Virtual DJ, and its CAM (Computer Assisted Mix) module, allows anybody to realize, with mp3, mixes of an almost perfect technical quality. A bpm calculation algorithm allows an automatic match of the speed of discs. A beat detection algorithm can synchronise both songs in phase. Finally, a brand new "Visual Mix" concept allows you to work on a visual representation of the music, instead of only the audio.

Its Visual Mix technology makes Virtual DJ a good compromise between the manipulability of a CD and a vinyl. And, the mp3 format being much easier to sort, stock or transport than CD or vinyl. Finally, with its CAM module, Virtual DJ makes the world of mixing a lot more opened, allowing a beginner to learn faster and more easily.
