Alive Internet Eraser is a privacy protection tool to erase the history of your activities on a computer. It allows you to erase browser cache, cookies, history, visited URLs, typed URLs, autocomplete data, and index.dat in one click. The program supports all recent versions of Internet Explorer and popular browsers such as Netscape, AOL, Opera and MSN Explorer.

With the plug-in support, it can erase the tracks left by any applications. More than 160 plug-ins are available, including the most popular programs MS Office, Windows Media Player, WordPad, Paint, Acrobat Reader, ACDSee, Macromedia Dreamweaver, WinRAR, WinZip and more.

Alive Internet Eraser can also help you free up your hard drive space by removing unnecessary files (such as Scandisk file fragments) and emptying the Recycle Bin. You can also specify the files that must be deleted each time you run Alive Internet Eraser.

The program also gives you the ability to prevent websites from modifying your homepage and to schedule automatic erasing cycles. The Test Mode allows you to see what files and registry entries will be erased before they are actually erased.
