It can also get confirmation that your message has been read. EasyMail allows you to send highly customised messages - including personalised message bodies - mail merge and personalised subject lines. You can send HTML messages too and apply the very same customisations to them. Any local images used in the HTML message will also be included so that your recipients will get the entire message! The program includes a voice mail facility, which has a wide range of compression formats for you to record in. Recording can be set to play automatically on opening of the mail or as an attachment.
