Tee-Timer is a stand-alone reservations system for golf courses. Enter and edit names/times directly into the program for immediate reference, printing and statistics.

The program provides restricted days/times for up to 6 classes of players, allows future reserved times for tournaments, and prints start-times and reservations statistics. You can simultaneously enter green-fees guests and have members enter their own times with the networking option.

The program includes automatic multiple tournament reservation entry for seasonal play, flexible daily start times, single operator entry or with network-ready configuration, and the ability to send members and regular customers e-mails to promote and inform.

Tee-Timer also features:

• Optional function for pre-selling limited rounds of golf.
• Block out tournament reserved times in advance.
• Reserve times for weekly repeat tournaments and seasonal play with one entry.
• Maintain statistics on number of rounds played, by class of player.
• Set up immediate or random sorting of start times for any day in the week.
• Reserve electric carts.
• Optional magnetic card reader for identification of players, allowing them to enter their own tee-time reservations with the swipe of a card.
