Set a goal and Weight Whiz will tell you when you will reach it. Calculate your Body Mass Index to see if your weight is right for you. Find out how many calories your body takes to maintain or lose weight by calculating your Basal Metabolism Rate. Weight Whiz does it all for you painlessly.

Weight Whiz charts your data in easy to read graphs so you can easily see your progress to a healthy, trim body. The Traffic Light is Unique to this program. It is always visible to congratulate you on your progress if it is shining green, warn you of potential weight gain danger if shining amber, and emergency situations if shining red.
