ThumbNailer will create thumbnail images of your images. You can specify the input and output directories, output image size and image file format.

ThumbNailer can also be used to copy an image from one file format to another by specifying an output size larger than the image's original dimensions. ThumbNailer supports BMP, GIF, JPG, WMF and TIFF image formats.
