Wizzard is a 24 bit colour book program.

Not only can you design and build your own scenes, you can manipulate realistic water pens, acrylics, and oil paints that mix colours as you apply them. Also you can use photorealistic (scanned) textures from REAL objects as paints. That means you can paint tree trunks with scanned tree trunk images, you can paint foliage with real leaves, pathways with real stones, and so on.

After choosing your colour, you can automatically lighten or darken it by clicking on the light bulbs between the palette and the necassary box. This also works for any textures you may use which makes it faster to add shading when you paint.
