The game begins in the year 1602, onboard a ship with a small band of courageous women and men that have decided to seek a better life in far off lands. You, as player in this game, will exercise skills in the fields of: exploration, management, settling, governing, decision making, diplomacy, trade, and war. Your level of skill in these fields will decide whether your villages become thriving active pieces of land, or poor unproductive villages. The full version of this game features: over 90 types of buildings, 30 occupations for your pioneers, 20 different raw materials to choose from, and multi-player capabilities for 4 players. In this single player demo you are limited to several tutorial games and one scenario. This download is the free trial version of Anno 1602.
