IconCool is a very powerful icon converting and managing tool that is ideal to search, extract, convert, create, enlarge and contract icons that can be part of your large Icon library which is sorted into Class-Libraries such as computer, office, people, animal, art, etc.

You can delete this icon library or create a new icon library easily. You can search icons in the library by keyword and add or edit the keyword of any icon.

IconCool enables you to extract all types of icons within any file, then save them as an icon or BMP file by various size or add the icons to the IconCool library. You can also create icons by converting graphic files.

The program has some special and fascinating functions including the ability to enlarge/contract a transparent icon, and the new icon will be transparent too. You can also convert any part of a picture to a transparent icon by dragging your mouse.

Other features allow you to export a total icon library to an ICL file, convert icons to ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG, BMP,r PNG, EMF, TGA, WMF, TIF and WBMP files, change icon's colour depth between 1 bit and 24 bits, create icon library "One by One" or "One in One" unlimitedly, and more.
