Anything's an Icon is an icon utility?that allows you to create and edit 16, 256, and 24-bit colour icons.

You can convert scanned images of friends and family using the included Bitmap conversion tool. Compress images as large as 640x480 pixels into 256-colour icons. Several tools are available that let you fine tune your icons to get the right look, you can even type your own messages into any icon.
