Jot+ Notes is a note/cardfile program with an added dimension - each note can have sub-notes, which in turn can have their own sub-notes, until you end up with a hierarchical tree or outline of notes.

Outlining is just one of the many things Jot+ Notes is excellent for, check out the following list of features:

  • Hierarchical Notes add a new dimension to your notefiles.
  • Notes can be automatically sorted by name or number, or arbitrarily ordered.
  • Rich text support allows you to format your notes with multiple fonts, attributes such as bold and italic, plus bulleted paragraphs.
  • Import and export many common and popular file formats, such as MS Cardfile, Jot 1.x, plain text and CSV, RTF, and more.
  • Modern user interface, including dockable toolbars.
  • Enhanced search and replace, plus an additional query-based search engine.
  • OLE Automation lets you control Jot+ from other tools and applications.
  • Lock individual notes to prevent changes.
  • Document properties which can be viewed (and modified) from the Explorer Autodial.
  • Password protect your sensitive notefiles.
  • Autosave feature to protect your valuable work.
  • Support for hyperlinks - Web, e-mail, FTP, news, and documents on your system.
  • HTML support - quickly turn Jot+ notefiles into web pages!
