WebContact Wizard allows you to create immediate and targeted responses to on-line enquires from your web site. If they are enquiry forms, customer support queries, or any other web-based requests, WebContact Wizard captures this information for you to query and generate a targeted response.

If an enquiry from your website can arrive at your mailbox as e-mail, your machine has already been configured to use WebContact Wizard. By defining the accounts that need to be collected from your mailbox, and mapping each field from the software's easy-to-use interface, you can start creating your own customised database.

WebContact Wizard has been designed with the non-technical marketing professional in mind. All that is required is some basic skills in Office tools like Microsoft Outlook, a working knowledge of database tables, and an acquaintance with the World Wide Web.
