TaskMinder is a unique Personal Information Manager (PIM) program for Windows.

Use TaskMinder to track appointments, create prioritized to do lists, plan major events, store and organize addresses, make notes, share calendars, sort information, mark important dates, print custom reports, and more.

Organize your Task List by priority, category, status, due date, etc. Drag and drop tasks from one category to another. When tasks are completed, optionally add them to the history list with completion notes for a permanent record.

Easily customise the task list by adding and removing fields, change the field order, and change the font style. Tasks can be repeated weekly, monthly, and yearly.

The Calendar includes weekly and monthly calendar views. You can drag and drop tasks from one date to another. Easily work with a full month calendar on one screen.

Generate reports on any criteria, including due dates, dates entered, dates completed, etc. Choose among several different print styles, including the popular notebook organizer styles. Custom report styles can be saved for quick re-use.

The latest version includes hierarchical task and category lists, colour printing, multi-monitor support and a handy clock feature that displays a digital clock anywhere on the desktop with a customizable font.
