Advanced Word 97 Password Recovery (or simply AW97PR) is a 32-bit Windows application which helps you to recover lost passwords for Microsoft Word 97 and Word 2000 documents.

Write-protected passwords can be recovered instantly. For "open" passwords, the program supports the "brute-force" and dictionary-based attacks. You can customize the desired password range. Passwords created in the French version of Word 97 are also recovered instantly.

Note: this program recovers the documents created with Microsoft Word 97 and Word 2000 only. If you have a password-protected Word 2.0, 6.0 or Word for Windows 95 (7.0) document, please use Advanced Word 95 Password Recovery.
