Description

The Performance Organiser provides the tool kit to support structured business analysis and the subsequent transfer of that analysis into balanced score cards that are closely related to organisation Vision, Mission, hierarchy, objectives and process descriptions.

The program does this by means of a combination of drawing pads and ordinary data capture techniques to model the way an organisation works. One of the key outputs is a performance indicator based information plan that provides a detailed description, in graphical form, of who is collecting and using data and how that data correlates to other performance measures.

In order to support the translation of business analysis into balanced score cards, the Performance Organiser must support the following:

The ability to model an organisation, its processes and resources.
Facilities to assist communication of the plan to all people who have an interest in it.
The ability to link business analysis results in other forms than the Performance Organisers own.
Maintain staff interest in the planning process by making the plan relevant to them.
