In this demo, you can play 3 career levels and one user level. Missions allow the player to be introduced to game features such as: fire, transport, traffic, rooftop rescue, and medevac. Completing these missions will give the player some money in which the full version of the game will allow the player to upgrade equipment and helicopters.

PTSimCopter includes 30 pre-built cities for your pleasure. Games can be saved and loaded and SimCity 2000 cities can be imported. The full version of this game features riots, train and boat rescues and criminal missions.
