IconCreator allows you to capture, create, and edit any size icons (from 16x16 to 128x128 pixels). The program uses a unique screen-area capture algorithm, which enables you to capture any screen areas, icons, and windows applications images.

You can then edit your icons, and copy them into a clipboard, or save them in ICO-file. New features enable you to save in ico (32 Bit TrueColor), ico (16 Bit High Color), bmp and jpg formats, and to load icons from EXE and DLL libraries.
